How We Teach Qigong
Our Qigong sessions
We teach qigong in hour-long sessions, normally attended weekly. At each session we gently warm up then focus on a few specific exercises, helping you to explore each one and build up your confidence and sense of inner-connectedness with the exercise, your body and mind. We may then perform the exercises to music. Practising qigong with the music is a really lovely experience, something akin to a physical meditation. We then have a brief cool down.
These are drop-in sessions, you come to the sessions as and when you choose, although to learn a complete set of qigong exercises you will need to attend several sessions.

Locations

We run a variety of qigong sessions in the local area:

-
Open Air Qigong. We run weekly sessions at Bourne Valley PYO Farm and at Whitchurch Silk Mill. We introduced these during the Covid pandemic but they have proved very popular and we will be continuing them.
-
Indoor sessions. At the moment these are on hold due to the pandemic. We will restart as the opportunity presents.
-
Zoom sessions. We ran sessions over Zoom during the full lockdowns. At the moment these too are on hold as we return to Open Air practice. However, if the need presents, then we can start Zoom sessions again.

We are very happy to come and do a talk on qigong to your society, club or scout group etc.
